Consent to use of image

Pursuant to Article 81(1) of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 2021, item 1062) and Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, OJ EU L 2016.119.1, as amended), in connection with my participation in the conference “9th International Conference on Contemporary Problems of Thermal Engineering CPOTE2026” (hereinafter: the Conference), jointly organised by the Silesian University of Technology and AGH University of Krakow (hereinafter: the Organisers), I hereby consent to the non‑remunerated dissemination of my statements and image, along with identifying data (first and last name), by the Organisers.

The dissemination of my image may take place in both traditional and electronic form, e.g. photographs, film materials, audio and video recordings, with the possibility of cropping and composition for promotional, informational, and educational purposes related to the tasks carried out by the Organisers, on websites and in publications belonging to the Organisers on the following platforms:

1. Facebook: processing data under the terms defined in Facebook’s privacy policy at: https://facebook.com/about/privacy
2. YouTube: processing data under the terms defined in YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://www.youtube.com/intl/ALL_pl/howyoutubeworks/user-settings/privacy/
3. LinkedIn: processing data under the terms defined in LinkedIn’s privacy policy at: https://pl.linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
4. Instagram: processing data under the terms defined in Instagram’s privacy policy at: https://www.facebook.com/help/instagram/155833707900388/
5. Twitter (X): processing data under the terms defined in Twitter’s privacy policy at: https://x.com/pl/privacy

This consent for the processing of my image is non‑exclusive and is granted without time or territorial limitations regarding the dissemination of the image.
I also waive any rights related to the control and approval of each individual use of materials containing my image.

Providing this statement is a condition for participation in the Conference.

I hereby declare that I have been informed that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by sending an e‑mail to: cpote@s-conferences.eu and that in the event of withdrawal of this consent, the dissemination of my image carried out before the date of withdrawal remains valid and will not require the Organisers to undertake any actions aimed at removing the already disseminated image.
