Types of presentations
- Live stationary oral presentation delivered during a session, together with live discussion and written discussion on a forum
- Poster presented during a stationary scheduled session
1. Live oral presentation delivered during a session
Oral presentations are scheduled in stationary sessions. The duration of the speech is 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion. Discussion can also take place on the forum in the conference system.
We do not provide presentation templates. You should use the template from your university, organisation, or generic one. For preparing the presentation you can use the CPOTE logo.
We encourage you to upload the slideshow file to the CPOTE conference system. This is optional, but allows other users to view your presentation even if they do not attend your session. The slideshow cannot exceed 100 MB. Recommended size should not exceed 25 MB.
2. Poster presentation
Poster presentations and discussion are scheduled in a stationary session. Discussion can also take place on the forum in the conference system.
We do not provide templates for posters. You should use the template from your university, organisation or generic one. Posters should be vertical, the poster size can be up to A0. For preparing the poster presentation you can use the CPOTE logo.
The Organising Committee does not have technical possibilites to print the posters.
We encourage you to upload the poster file in the conference system. This is optional, but allows other users to view your poster even if they do not attend the poster session.
